Further informations

The various controls and electro-hydraulic movements (electric distributor with 4 independent functions) listed below are easily controlled by the operator driving the tractor:

electrical control case ( levers or  joystick – as option – )

delivery to the left/right headset

inclination of the link bar arm (from  0° closed to  max 115° open)

left/right lateral approaching movement (stroke L 0,30 m)

total stop of the delivery

Totally emptying polyethylene tank, frame applicable to the hot galvanized steel lift, external filter with valve, hand washing tanks, 3-way control unit, hydraulic agitator, folding lid with filter and 3-membrane pump.

Optimization of interventions

A fundamental detail for the proper functioning of this machine are the nozzles. They are mounted on the distribution bars and have the task of crushing the pressure liquid sent by the pump, forming small drops (two on each side).

In fact, one of the trees which is equipped with heavy flails made of special rubber – flat in shape, forked and rounded at the end, with a rapid “push&pull” hooking-unhooking system – will make it possible to optimize spring intervention in the presence of tender grass but with significant quantity of suckers, while the second smaller aluminum roller containing small, round nylon flails, sufficiently aggressive on the grass, will allow us to better manage the most intensive weeds throughout the summer season and those few suckers left unharmed by the first step.

The objective of the invention was to be able to operate on vineyards in the presence of advanced weeds and with widespread shoots, throughout the seasonal vegetative phase of the vine, without offending or causing trauma to the plant; this was achieved also thanks to an “oil-control” system – this allows the rotation speed of the tool to be dosed – in relation to the type of flagellating tree used and the “state” of the pests present at the time of the intervention.
